May be UR ibuprofen: Ibuprofen is very irritating to the gastric lining of the stomach, especially when it's not taken with food. Please make sure that you are taking it with food, and not by itself. It is such a strong irritant. You may want to try stopping your ibuprofen altogether, and seeing whether the pain goes away immediately during the time that you're off it or not..
