Yes: They can be taken together, but usually aren't, since Remeron and Zoloft (sertraline) are both antidepressants. Remeron can sometimes be added to help with sleep, or to increase appetite. If this works, the Zoloft (sertraline) may be able to be weaned off. Good luck!
