Remeron (mirtazapine): Remeron (mirtazapine) has a relatively low incidence of sexual dysfunction. I have not used remeron for this purpose but have read about colleagues using it off-label for this purpose.

Unlikely: Mirtazapine (remeron) is very unlikely to reverse this side effect.
