Not sure why you : decided to do this, Or felt the GermX would help? It's such a strong disinfectant sanitizer that to put that on delicate, or inflamed mucous membranes is somewhat unthinkable, because of the high isopropyl and ethyl alcohol content, and (depending on which product used, it) has benzylkonium chloride too, and propylene glycol. Both irritating, drying or burning. Call 24 hour pharmacist, or poison control center for Best antidote. May need to see Dr. now.

TLC: The scrotum has tender and sensitive skin. A chemical in the sanitizer does not like your scrotum. Cool bath with water no soap. Topical creme for the treatment of burns. Silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) 1% (sulfadiazine) creme if you can get it OTC. See your doctor if it does not improve in the next few hours. Go to the ER if the pain or redness is unbearable or extreme. Baby soap next time.
