My penis stings i have a small hot pink pimple on my scrotum its painless, and i have no burning sensation when i urinate is this herpes?

Herpes is....: It sure does not sound like herpes. Herpes out breaks look like a cluster of blisters that as they age become ulcerated raw skin. A pimple like lesion is more likely to be an infected hair follicle or sebaceous cyst. The burning of the penis is usually a sign of a bladder or prostate infection..Or even an std like chlamydia or gonorrhea. The two things are not usually related.
