Yes: Don't take more than 3g (3000mg) of Tylenol (acetaminophen) daily or more than 4g (4000mg) aspirin daily.

You can: Most people can safely take them together but here is little benefit in doing so They even sell some tablets over-the-counter that contain both aspirin and acetaminophen (Tylenol) that also contains caffeine. (for example ,Exedrine Migraine ). Both medications can have serous side effects if taken in large doses or for long periods of time.
