Most likely . . .: Use http://www.drugs.com/drug_interactions.html to look for drug-drug interactions. You'll need to be more specific re Tylenol Sinus as there are at least 8 different versions! each w/different combination of medications. In general, NSAIDs such as aspirin, ibuprofen & naproxen, can safely be taken in conjunction w/acetaminophen, assuming appropriately dosed. But don't take ibuprofen w/naproxen.
