Bleeding pregnancy: First trimester bleed can be the result of many things such as implantation, bleeding cervix from intercourse or infection, or early loss. The blessing, as well as problem with pregnancy testing is that you know you are pregnant SO EARLY. What you described could indeed be implantation. It could be other things as well. See your MD but in the mean time 'pelvic rest' , nothing in the vagina.
