Pregnant or period?: Only one way to find out if this represents vaginal bleeding in early pregnancy or simply delayed men's trial cycle. You need to have a pregnancy test done. Probably if you are pregnant you will test positive with a urine test even of you have bleeding at 10 days late. Try a home test, and if it's positive you need to be checked, because this could be an early miscarraige. That's important to know
