No: but lots of other things can, including mouthwash and alcohol in liquid medications. Recently, it has been found that nurses who were using skin sanitizer, which is 63% alcohol, and rubbing their hands close to their face, were inhaling the vapor and this was enough to give them low positive EtG and EtS tests.
