Gas diarrhea / pizza: Green is the color of bile .You may have a gallbladder issue ( check sonogram) and some lactose intolerance. Would avoid very fatty foods ( low fat is < 3 grams fat per serving) .Do you have problems with milk? that would point to lactose intolerance . Would also check for reflux with or without h py;lori follow up with doc
