Wider waist: Are you eating right? Make sure your calories do not exceed you daily allowance. For most females this is 1800 to 2000 cals based on size. Did you have your regular period? You could be pregnant if you are active sexually. Has your thyroid ever been checked? Bottom line: you need to get a full history and physical at your family doctors office. They will check you out thoroughly.
