6-8 weeks: You really need appropriate time for the uterus to heal after the myomectomy. If you don't, you risk improper implantation which could cause miscarriage, placental problems and/or significant premature birth. Don't risk that with your child. Let your uterus heal properly, even if that means you have to put off trying for that child for a year because of husband's absence.
