Nocturia: Yes, I would start with getting urinalysis and prostate exam and PSA. You could have urinary tract infection or more likely a prostate infection. Also have blood sugar checked to rule out diabetes. Prostate cancer would be unusual at your age. Have kidney function checked since you are on lisinopril.

Here are some ...: See & ask urologist for men's health & changing urination over time, which is expected in all men. As we age, nighttime urine production gradually increases by even up to 200-300%; at 20s, 8-hr nighttime urine makes up to 10-15% of 24-hr urine output as compared to about 35-45% at 60-70s. Of course, such a change may widely vary among individuals depending on the pace of aging & overall health.
