Jock itch troubles: Neither a Z-pack or clindamycin will help jock itch - in fact, those medicines could make it worse. Jock itch is a FUNGAL infection, so you need an antifungal. Obviously the tea-tree oil hasn't worked so you need something better. There are over the counter creams/sprays you could try - like clotrimazole 1%. Or ask your doc for a stronger pill - fluconazole should wipe it out. Then u can have sex.

Uncertain diagnosis: Well, I'm confused about why you would be given antibiotics for "jock itch" as that is a fungal skin rash. That can become infected with skin bacteria after it's been scratched at, but then you would still need an antifungal cream or oral antifungal medication to clear it up. Tea tree oil can also be irritating to that area of the body and cause allergic dermatitis. need to see MD ASAP no sex yet.
