Not from vaccine: Lymphangioma is usually hereditary, or genetic predisposition. Colds exacerbate them, anything that stimulates your immune system via systemic effects can set it off. It's usually the way lymphatic channels are designed embryologically that can predispose you to this. If it hasn't been a problem up until now that's great news. Keep being healthy!
