Nocturia: If this is acute, you may have an infection or at the least, inflammation of the prostate causing a prostatitis. If gradual symptoms, possibly an enlarged prostate or other medical problem. Get an eval and some basic testing done. Good luck.

Polyuria: First thing is to have your blood sugar screened to rule out diabetes. If sugar ok then I would get a prostate exam with PSA to rule out prostate cancer. Certainly could be bph. Also consider limiting fluid intake late in evening.
