A member asked:

I have prostatitis and taking medicines from last 4 months (oflox, nafodil, terol & etc). there is not much improvements and have to go to bathroom 3-5 times in night. is my condition can be treated completely??

See answer below: The failure to respond to antibiotics usually indicates that either you have the more common non-bacterial, non-specific type of prostatitis which is treated differently or some other condition affecting your bladder or prostate. If there is discomfort associated with your urinary frequency, painful bladder syndrome (interstitial cystitis) is another possibility. Recommend evaluation by urologist.
