.? Blood sugar level: At your age this could be nothing serious or something major. Nocturnal could be a result of swelling during the day which could be related to your diet (high salt) and possibly high blood pressure. There is also a worry about diabetes presenting at this age. Uti is also a concern. I would suggest you see a physician for further evaluation.
