Sleep deficit: Lack of sleep in and of itself will not stunt your growth, however, getting enough sleep is part of overall health. Lack of sleep will affect you in ways such as being irritable, depressed, unable to concentrate, etc. In older persons lack of sleep is also associated with more serious health problems.
