The vast majority: of incidentally discovered splenic lesions like this are benign cysts, pseudocysts, or hemangiomas requiring no treatment. Further evaluation with ultrasound or contrast enhanced CT or MRI may be useful for a more confident characterization of the lesion. Talk to your doc about it.
