Most are inside: the body in the various organs where the cancer start. Can get lymph nodes which can be visible. If you have a lump get it checked by a doctor.

Cancer: They may be visible or not but neither are indicative of cancer, however if you have either you need them checked by a doctor

Cancer nodules : It completely depends on the cancer type and origin. Visible nodules caused by cancer are uncommon. If you suspect a problem or feel a nodule please see your doctor for an exam.
