There's no reason: There's no reason to think that either of those medications would do that as far as I've ever heard. I suppose you could ask a pharmacist.

No increase in Ca: The benzodiazepines act to depress neuronal excitability through the inhibitory GABA neurotransmission system in the CNS. The resulting increase in the concentration of Cl- ions in the post-synaptic neuron immediately hyperpolarizes this neuron, not Ca-ions. no increase in Ca levels.
