After ct scan found out that i have prominent lymph nodes around small intestine. what does this mean?

Several things: Bonnie, lymph nodes in the abdomen could mean many things. The term reactive used by the doctor usually means in reaction to an infection of some sort (usually a virus) which is the most likely answer. The most ominous (but far less likely) possibility would be a lymphoma or other tumor. These are very uncommon, but I'm sure they recommended follow up, which you should definitely do.
