Not necessarily: Destiny, At 10 weeks, that's about all there is to see on ultrasound. They can take some basic measurements in addition, but most of the real information occurs at the 18-20 week ultrasound, when the baby is more developed. If you have no pain or bleeding, and they didn't mention any abnormalities, all is probably well. If you develop severe pain or bleeding, call your OB doctor. Hope this helps
