Plantar fasciitis : My first thought is plantar fasciitis. Pain worse with first steps in morning or after sitting for long periods. 1.Daily plantar arch stretches 2. loosen sheets at end of your bed 3. Buy inexpensive heel cups for shoes 4. Take ibuprofen 600mg 2-3 times daily for 2 weeks 5. Consider wearing nighttime plantar fasciitis braces. This takes sometimes several weeks to treat. Many resources on internet.
