Not enough info here: to help you out. Need past medical history? What causing your pain, how long it's been there, and what are you taking for it? The ER will ask the same info, and can provide immediate relief, as could an urgent care center if open in the evenings. Any excruciating pain of unknown origin should be evaluated immediately! So, go to the ER if that pain has not stopped, and is making you feel sick.
