Back pain: hard to say--but usually a heating pad and OTC pain meds ie advil, aleve, or tylenol (acetaminophen) can be of help. A common problem as one gets older--hopefully it is a muscular problem for your young age and it will get better quickly.

I've had strange upper back pain for the past almost 4 weeks. It's not extreme but just uncomfortable. Almost like a soreness in the skin tissue and also a bit around the T4 VERTEBRAE. I'm a bit concern if it's heart related?
