Kidney stone: If you no longer have pain, most likely you passed the stone. Continue to drink 6-8 glasses of water daily. You can strain the urine with a mesh like cheesecloth, but the stone is likely gone.

May have passed: or may be stuck in one spot and not moving so no pain. Have you strained your urine to see if you passed it? Follow up with your doctor .
