VitaminB3: VitaminB3 may be effective against non-melanotic skin cancers. To date it has not reduced melanoma risk

No: There is no known treatment to reduce risk of melanoma. Reducing exposure to Ultraviolet radiation (sunlight and tanning) will help reduce risk. Good luck!
