Maybe : First , are changing your diet ? You must drink sufficient water, eat more fiber and vegetables in order to minimize the amount of laxatives/stool softeners you are using . Perhaps there is something new In your diet that is causing it. The blood could me coming secondary to the hard stools which can cause trauma to the GI mucosa, hemorrhoids and so forth . See your doctor to get evaluated

Need fiber: You should be checked to be sure nothing serious is wrong, but likely you just need more fiber such as whole grains and fresh fruits/vegetables in your diet. Also it is good to get away from Dulcolax if possible. Try Citrucel or MiraLax (polyethylene glycol) instead. Good luck!
