You need specifics : We need a specific diagnosis Many different ailments can effect the knee. Bone, cartilage, tendon , ligaments and even decreased muscle tone and strength . Your physician will evaluate these issues to help advise you.

Never heard of: splinting the knee as it's such a moveable joint? If your knee is giving you that much trouble, contact your PCP and get this resolved quickly. Since you are getting PT already, ask if there are other therapies you can do in Egypt that will be helpful too, or see what the orthopedic doctor recommends if PT isn't helpful. Must get to the cause, and correct it!
