Careful: If you are feeling well and your bleeding has stopped, then you could go. However, you should take it easy and be careful. You will need to drink a lot of water and stay in the shade. If you are lightheaded, fatigued, or still bleeding, then you should stay home and recover.

Yes.: As long as you're no longer having vaginal beeding, it may be appropriate for you to go to the beach and swim in the water after at least 1 week. If you continue to have bleeding or afterwards have fevers/pain/malodorous vaginal discharge, please see your doctor.
