A member asked:

What drugs can i use to reduce or treat menorrhagia?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Treat real cause: Please consult your gyn to examine you, test your female hormones, thyroid hormones, blood sugars and pregnancy hormone levels. Until you are examined you can use Aleve (naproxen) 2 tab initially, then 1 tab every 8 hrs, which MAY control your bleeding; however, you need a pelvic exam and ultrasound.
