My iron was said to be very low--22. doc recommended 325mg iron. i found iron 65mg but it says 325 mg ferrous sulfate underneath. please explain?

Dose form: Ferrous sulfate is a compound of iron. Approximately 5mg ferrous sulfate = 1mg iron element. Thus, 325mg ferrous sulfate = 65 iron element.
