Stop having Sex: The reason humans choose to start birth control is so that they do not have to have paranoid worry about being pregnant. If you are not mature enough to be sexual on birth control and also not to worry then you MUST stop being sexual. Perhaps let your body and brain develop more before you have sex again. Perhaps six sessions with a psychotherapist about your anxiety would be a good idea.

Probably not: It is common to get irregular periods or to stop getting your period after getting a contraceptive implant. Just to be sure you should take a pregnancy test, but I wouldn't get too worried.
