Anything is possible: I would suggest that you do a home pregnancy test. If neg redo in a week. If still neg call your OB/GYN.

Very unlikely: It's very unlikely that you become pregnant 4 years after insertion, but you could always check a home pregnancy test. If the test is negative most likely you are entering the menopausal stage. If you want to make sure you are truly menopausal you could ask your primary doctor to check your hormones.
