Wait and see: There is always a risk of pregnancy loss in the initial process due to genetic "errors" wait and see what happens is the only answer that can be given.

Implantation: Implantation bleeding is very common - this sounds like a normal pregnancy - congratulations. Yes miscarriages are more common in first trimester but I am always cautiously optimistic until proven otherwise. Take your prenatal vitamins (or at least folic acid).
