Supper is the key: Eating a high protein, low sugar evening meal with a little bit of healthy fat (nuts, avocado, or coconut) should help satiate you more during the night. At all costs, avoid any processed sugars or high sugar foods. You will have a spike and then a crash in the middle of the night, making you hungrier. Hope this helps!
