A small hard whitish flab on the inside of my upper right cheek, by my teeth. this hurts a little. it's been here for awhile. what is it?

Morsicatio buccarum: also called cheek biting. Rinse with warm salt water 3-4 times a day, Ibuprofen or Tylenol (acetaminophen) (one tablet every 3-4 hours as needed for pain) work well to alleviate the tenderness and discomfort. Also apply compounded topical cream. If you have been suffering from chronic cheek biting (Morsicatio buccarum), then it is best to visit the dentist and get the cause and the condition treated.

Saliva duct?: Check the other cheek and see if you don't have a similar flab. A saliva gland empties here. Sometimes they get irritated.
