Pathology: The best testing for hodgkins lymphoma is pathology reading, which means taking a biopsy from the lymph node and bone marrow, slides prepared and read under microscope by an expert pathologist. It is rare for an expert pathologist to misdiagnose a hodgkins lymphoma. Definitely after diagnosis a complete radiologic work up is needed to establish the stage.
