Pathology of what?: My guess is you had blood sent for flow cytometry. If you just had this blood test, Hodgkin's disease (a type of lymphoma) can't be diagnosed with that. A pathologist has to look at tissue under the microscope to make the diagnosis. This is usually a lymph node that has been removed. If you have enlarged lymph nodes, this may be a test you will need. Ask your doctor.
