Call ur Dentist: Describe problem & see if he can help you or advise who to see or if need to go to ER. Be sure ER has Dental/ENT/Face/Plastic resources (at least one of them), as teeth may need aligned and wired to heal. Lip may also need sewn. Good luck!

Dentist: You need to see a dentist about your loose teeth tomorrow. The swelling of your lip will go down over the next few days. Apply a cold pack to your lip for 15 min, 3-4 x/d. Apply firm pressure to the cut on your lip with a folded paper towel or a folded wash cloth for 10-15 minutes. If you can't stop the cut on your lip from bleeding, you may need to go to the emergency room.

See your dentist: As a physical and radiological examination is required to assess the damage and to see if there is any fractured roots or damage to surrounding tissues and to put a treatment plan,a splinting teeth might be required .

See dentist ASAP: The whole area needs to be professionally evaluated. In many instances the loose teeth can be gently put back in place and then splinted to the adjacent teeth until they heal. The sooner you go the better are your chances to save them. I'm surprised that's not the first thing you did.

See any dentist: Usually, no need for treatment for subluxation for the first 2 weeks. A flexible splint to stabilize the teeth for comfort can be used for about 2 weeks, soft diet Tylenol (acetaminophen) or NSAID OTC. Examination, x-rays and pulp tests after 1 month, 4 month and 12 month. Take care.

Displacement: Just another good example of why Mouthguard should be worn when playing spots. As an Orthodontist I'm concerned about the displacement of some of your teeth. 1st call your Dentist for emergency appt. 2nd take NSAIDs and use cold compresses until you can see him/her.
