Conceiving: Yes. Of course. But only on the five or six days per cycle when you can get pregnant. The five days leading up to ovulation are the days sperm are most likely to cause pregnancy. Sperm on the day of ovulation may get there in time. Each hour past ovulation the eggs lifespan diminishes if not impregnated.
