Last 2 cycles i have had a blood clot the size of a golf ball on day 2,which is always my heaviest day. about an hour after i wake up. no pain. flow is normal. the length of time is normal. not pregnant. normal pap/exam 5 months ago. age related?

Clot size is bigger than usual but it happens overnight on the heaviest day, other than that your cycle has been normal with recent benign PAP so I do not think of any serious issue.

Clots usually indicate heavy menstrual bleeding and that puts you at risk for anemia. Take oral iron and multivitamins to prevent anemia. Wish you good health!
