Neck painxc: Get a referral to a spine doctor who operates and these conditions and see if there is a surgical option through a anterior approach through the neck that will get them to the bad disc. A non surgical approach to this problem would be an injection by a pain specialist, either an anesthesia doc or a neurologist who will sort out the problem . Good luck and feel better!
