Ejection fraction: It is the volume of blood being pumped out of heart with each heart beat. Hyperdynamic EF could be 2/2 volume depletion (dehydration), Anemia, hyperthyroidism, heart value problems and sometimes no reason to be found.

It means the : ventricle is contracting more forcefully than normal. This may need further evaluation because it can be due to abnormalities such as cardiomyopathy or mitral regugitation. Talk to your doctor about it.

>70% EF?: That means the heart is still working well due to good ejection fraction.

Probably ok: Ejection fraction EF 55-65% is generally normal. 70% may be your normal! Or hyperthyroid, or exercising, or other. Your PCP or cardiologist can sort this out with you.
