Symptomatic?: 7.2 cm is a fairly large polyp, the non pregnant uterus is about 7.6 cm. I assume that you had symptoms that led to finding the polyp. If you can live with the symptoms then you can live with the polyp. If the symptoms are not bearable or get worse then you should have it surgically removed.
