No: Implantation is not ever painful - it is asymptomatic, even 'implantation bleeding' is erratic and doesn't happen consistently.

No: You could not conceive by having sex a week after ovulation. The pain is most likely a cyst that has formed on the ovary as a result of ovulation - that is common and is usually normal. If you have severe or persistent pain then you should see your doctor.
