Specializes in Pain Management

Neuropathic pain: is one of the most challenging and complex pain syndromes. Corticosteroids are also classified as multipurpose analgesics. Their use has been recommended in diverse types of pain including neuropathic pain resulting from compression of neural structures. When corticosteroids are administered over a long period of time, serious side effects can occur and their use requires careful consideration.
